GALWAY KYOKUSHINKAI KARATE

Chief Insructor: K.Callan 3rd Dan, Instructor: J.Cafferkey 1st Kyu.
The Galway Kyoukushinkai Dojo was officially started by Mr. James Cafferkey (1st Kyu) in October 1997. The first ever grading of the clubs students took place on the 24th of January 1998. Sensei Kevin Callan officiated at the grading and all participants passed.
Training takes place in Arús Bothar na Trá on Dr Mannix road the times are
Tuesdays 7.00pm - 9.00pm
Thursdays 7.00pm - 9.00pm
Kyokushinkai Karate is Japan's Strongest fighting Art, and is renowned the world
over for its intensive training for both mind and body. It is a great way
to get fit and also an excellent opportunity to meet new people.
